We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Associate who is a self starter.


Must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience


  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc.
  • Dependable
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Good reading and writing skills



  • Maintain the building interior and exterior
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Perform janitorial duties
